Difficulty

Trampoline Gymnastics easily impresses the audience due to the fast and breath-taking skills completed by gymnasts. One of the main challenges for anyone interested in this sport is to be able to identify every single skill performed.
Judges instruction is obviously devoting a lot of time and effort to make sure judges are ready to register the full routine and score the right D score. You should bear in mind that a trampoline routine lasts between 12 and 21 seconds and judges need to identify and write down ten different skills following the FIG numeric system explained in the rules. This turns into something even more challenging in a tumbling pass, where eight skills must be registered in less than 10 seconds. So, judging difficulty requires attention and training. In the three subareas included in this module you will find videos covering a wide range of technical levels, so you can practice and check how your D judging evolves every day…
